DocuSign Signs New Strategic Venture Capital Investor

   San Francisco, California  --  Software technology company DocuSign has received an undisclosed amount of additional funding from a new strategic investor.

DocuSign Was founded in 2003 with the goal to make electronic signatures "as ubiquitous and simple as email."

The company has since expanded its technology to include what it calls Digital Transaction Management.

Deutsche Telekom AG made the strategic investment as part of the company's latest financing round.

Specific proceeds purposes were not disclosed by DocuSign.
